Name: Godfather (not a great name but it'll do)
Card 1: Negotiation
Cops have a 30% higher chance to surrender when shouting at them. This chance is negated by anything reducing the chance to intimidate. Converted enemies do 15% more damage, and take 20% less time to convert.
Card 3: Trickery
Converted enemies do 20% more damage and have 5% more health. You can convert 1 more enemy.
Card 5: Rigging
You gain 5% extra health and armor for each enemy converted by you. You can convert 1 more enemy. However, any time a convert dies, any remaining converts that YOU converted have a 20% chance to switch sides again, and can not be intimidated.
Card 7: Intimidation
You gain a 2% speed boost that stacks up to 30% for 5s whenever one of your converts does damage. You can convert 1 more enemy. However, every time one of your converts loses 3% of their health, all of your active buffs (for example the Overkill or the 3% health and armor gained by the last card) reset, and must be re-activated by taking a hostage, intimidating/converting an enemy, or waiting 20 seconds. Buffs such as Overkill cannot be activated until they have been re-activated. While buffs re inactive, all cops have a 50% chance to not be intimidated. If this chance succeeds, they cannot be intimidated for 5 seconds.
Card 9: Total Domination
You can convert certain special enemies to your side. You can only convert 1 at a time, and they take 300% longer to convert. Has a 1-minute cooldown.
List of enemies able to convert:
Shields (act like jokers)
Tazers (can occasionally tase normal enemies for 5s)
Medics (can revive players, however this takes 10 seconds and the medics target priority while doing so is set to higher than even the kingpin injector priority)
