Any weapon can open certain doors (wooden doors or some car shop metal doors) in 4 shots, or 1 shot with a shotgun. I’m guessing you are referring to the Judge, as it is shaped like a revolver and is classified as a shotgun.
Most guns can, but higher fire rate or shotguns are usually better
Since he mostly does stealth videos, I'm guessing Judge shotgun.
It is in the Secondary section of the weapons and it is classified as a shotgun
