Workshop Heist
Contractor: Vlad
Bain's Plan:
Okay, I don't really know what happened, but Gage is not available at the moment. Vlad is looking out for Gage's market. He said that Gage told him to take care of a local Workshop. Everything looks normal, but behind the scenes are tons of illegal weapon deals. The plan is to sneak inside through the back door, or shoot up the whole place. Either way, you have to steal the blueprints and the weapons.
Stealth is an option.

Walkthrough:
Stealth:
Players spawn opposite the Workshop - right across the street with the van behind them. The players will go in through the front door, or go around and go inside through the back door. Then they will have to loot the place. The storage room requires a keycard. If they didn't bought it, then they will have to find the manager to get in there. If the players chose to have the Expert Driver, they will spawn right behind the Workshop.
If they're playing on Normal, they need at least 2 bags. 3 on Hard, 4 on Very Hard, 5 on Overkill, and 8 on Mayhem and above. After securing the loot, they can escape without any consequences.
Loud:
After the alarm goes off, the driver leaves (the Expert Driver too) and he comes back in 3 and a half minutes later, but if the difficulity is above Mayhem, the players will have to wait 4 minutes. If the players didn't pick the Expert Driver, there is a 60% chance, that Twitch (the getaway driver) will think that driving straight through the shopwindow is a good idea, and in the process, the van gets damaged, which leads to an escape level if the difficulity is above Normal.
Alley escape:
The van crashes into a brick wall, and the players will have to wait 2 minutes for another escape vehicle. 3 and a half if the difficulity is above Hard. The players will have to fight through an alley way full of cops, to get to the escape vehicle, which is 110 meters away from the crash site.
Point of no return in 3 minutes (Normal - Very Hard)
90 seconds
(Overkill and above)
