Sorry if im necroposting but I have a few tips:

1- Play the hesits you want to stealth on normal if you ONLY want to remember the layout, otherwise do Very Hard or above

2- get jack of all trades and bring ECM as primary equipment and body bag as secondary, cleaner basic can also help

3- don't take unnecessary risks, it can screw you up

You can also drive vehicles on meltdown and aftershock tho
