The Akimbo Miyaka 10 Special is primary weapon in PAYDAY 2, available as part of the Jiu Feng Smuggler Pack 2.

Overview

The Akimbo version of the Miyaka 10 Special functions similarly like the normal version, but with the added benefit of higher damage output at the cost of stability and aiming.

All akimbo weapon modifications cost 40% extra than their normal price.

Summary

Pros:

• Very high DPS
• High base concealment, and can reach 30 concealment with minimal stat penalties
• Above-average reload speed
• Good price

Cons:

• Abysmal accuracy and low stability compared to similar SMGs
• Can only use suppressor barrel extensions

Tips

• It is best to leave the Miyaka 10 on full auto or lock it into full auto only when modifying it to take advantage of its rate of fire, and it gains very little if any benefit in semi-auto due to its surplus of ammo and deficit of accuracy.
• The Miyaka 10 especially benefits from Technician skills, like Surefire for bigger magazines, Fire Control for better accuracy, and Body Expertise to reliably improve damage
• Unlike most weapons, the Miyaka 10 has only a handful of custom sight options available. Since the gun is already best served at close range, attaching an optic is mostly a matter of personal preference.
