Terminology[]

Captain, in a federal definition and not military, is a police rank for authorities in charge of a police precinct. In the New York PD, a Captain is below a deputy inspector, which would seem fitting for commissioner Solomon Garret.
AO is a military slang abbreviation for "Area of Operations", an area of combat defined by the commander of the unit.

Trivia[]

Some of the voicelines depict a grudge from Captain Winters against the Payday Gang, albeit this is never elaborated upon.
- This hatred may have been sparked from the same hate Solomon Garret has accumulated, who has been constantly chasing the Payday Gang through the series of heists, and tricked by the gang on Breakin' Feds.
