Delivery Charge is a paid Side Hustle heist in PAYDAY 3, released on September 10th, 2025.

After the Palatucci Family places a hit on the gang, the crew retaliates by targeting an armored transport depot owned by GenSec. The depot operates both as a legitimate front and as a secure method for moving the family’s illicit cash, and is the sequel to the Party Powder heist.

Favor-Specific[]

Road Rage Redux[]

The Road Rage Redux favor is slightly misleading. Although you do escort a hacked GenSec armored truck, as the original heist entailed, heisters no longer have to steal the contents inside of the truck. Instead, once the truck has been loaded onto a trailer, which is its intended destination, the favor's objective will be completed, as the target is to steal the entire truck itself.

When escorting the truck, be wary that once the truck has left the warehouse, there is little to no cover for heisters to hide behind (aside from using the truck itself as cover). As such, swarms of enemies (especially special units on Overkill difficulty) and snipers can quickly overwhelm players.

Refrigerated Tech[]

The liquid nitrogen canister needed to store the WIXIA loot will have its location randomized. As such, care must be taken to locate the canister before obtaining the WIXIA tech.

In order to unlock the WIXIA containers, a Red Keycard and Thumbprint must be obtained. While Red Keycards can either be found on guards or in a hidden safe behind a painting in the top floor offices, thumbprints can only be obtained by scanning random cups or locker items in either the aforementioned offices or in the basement lockers. There is no indicator of which the correct thumbprint is located, and as such, the only option is to take time taking thumbprints to discover the thumbprint. However, it is likely that more than one thumbprint exists, either in the locker or in the offices, and so two players can hold a thumbprint at a time.

BEFORE OR AFTER GRABBING THE THUMBPRINT AND RED KEY CARD, REMEMBER TO GRAB THE LIQUID NITROGEN CANISTER BEFORE OBTAINING THE REFRIGERATED TECH. Unlike 99 Boxes, where heisters must obtain and place the liquid nitrogen canister in the loot container, in Delivery Charge, the game does not lock players out of grabbing the quantum device from the WIXIA containers. As such, it is entirely possible to deliver the degradable device to the truck without liquid nitrogen ready, which causes the loot to continue degrading and will not be properly secured until the liquid nitrogen is placed, ruining the value of the loot.

Loot can be secured inside various manholes.

In order to properly use Road Rage Redux on stealth, the office must be accessed in order to not raise suspicion on an unscheduled transport leaving.

Upon going loud, most of the main entrances into the depot will be locked down, requiring doors to be drilled open. However, there are some other methods of getting into the depot. Upon entering, there are multiple methods of getting the loot quota.

First is searching through the armored transports. Upon locating one, they must have a device planted on the back to be hacked open. Additionally, some transports will be parked in an area that allows for access to the underbelly, allowing for the ability to also drill them open and shut down their locking system. Transports in the maintenance garage can also have their rear door ripped off via winch.

Second is through breaching the counting rooms. Each door will need to be drilled open, once inside, there is a chance for a money pile to be inside. Additional loose Cash will be present, and will slightly contribute to the quota.

Third is through looting the vault, the vault itself is locked behind a Red Keycard and numberpad. First, the Red Keycard must be located. It can be found in the basement level bathroom, usually on the bench. Once gained, the second floor office must be breached in order to find the selection of codes. Once gathered, the vault can be opened and loot can be taken.

Once a bag has been taken, 3 random, 1 forced, escape can happen.

The first is through a loot cage dropped off by Bile. The parts will be dropped off and must be assembled. Once completed, loot can be thrown in. The second is a shipping container in the back will be moved into position to allow for loot to be secured. Once the quota is reached, the container becomes the escape. The third is that Bile can be called and will land on the roof of the maintenance garage. Once the quota is reached, these secure points will become the escape.

If the Refrigerated Tech asset is used, then the specially prepared truck will become the main loot secure and escape point.

With no favors, there are 22 bags on the heist. If Max Capacity, then the total amount of bags is increased to 30, and if the Refrigerated Tech favor is used then the total amount increases to 32. The this total value can fluctuate to about 34 if Road Rage Redux is also equipped. Either way, all the loot spawns remain the same.

Only 3 bags of loot are other than cash, those being 3 rare paintings. There are 3 main areas cash piles will spawn. First are inside transports, second are the counting rooms on the first floor, and the third is inside the vault. For additional help in locating cash, a whiteboard on the second floor office will have sticky notes that correspond to both the location and which specific armored transports contain money.

The other 3 bags consist of rare paintings, which will be found inside crates. These crates are either found on the first floor in the main parking area, on the second floor storage rack near, or outside in one of the shipping containers.

The extra transport that has the chance to enter or leave will not affect the all loot variable.

Variations[]

  • The initial spawn location can vary.
  • An additional armored transport can enter or leave while in stealth.
  • A pallet can spawn that leads to an accessible vent.
  • The amount of cash that spawns in the vault varies.
  • The amount of money that spawns varies between multiple transport trucks.
  • Some cash bags may spawn with dye packs, like in No Rest For The Wicked, requiring players to deactive the dye packs before it ruins the loot value.
  • The location of the liquid nitrogen canisters needed for the Refrigerated Tech favor is randomized.
  • Cups in the top floor office or items locked within the basement locker room contain fingerprints needed to open the WIXIA containers when using the Refrigerated Tech favor.
  • Some voicelines won’t play on harder difficulties.
  • The randomization of the sewer lids are fairer on lower difficulties.
  • Some gates and doors are already open on easier difficulties; otherwise, it is randomized.
  • Some extra steps for objectives only exist on harder difficulties.
  • Some doors require drilling in loud on higher difficulties.
  • Some doors are locked on harder difficulties but not on easier ones.
  • Some traversal points might be randomly inaccessible on harder difficulties.
  • There are more randomized key items on easier difficulties.
  • Which loud escape can occur.
  • Which of the counting rooms contain money.
  • Which window is open.
  • If money piles spawn in the counting room.

Trivia[]

  • The GenSec depot is based on the D&M Lumber Pier 8 building.
  • Delivery Charge is currently the only heist in the game where its heist-specific favors could be purchased from the shop, rather than earnt through random rewards for completing other heists.
  • The heist keyart currently features Chains using an unidentified machine gun, resembling an RPK.
  • The heist teaser trailer and emails from the Dragan Files indicate that, canonically, the Payday crew completed this heist loud with the Road Rage Redux favor.
    • Joey Capucci, a corrupt informant for the Palatucci Family, was accidentally kidnapped by the Payday gang and heard gunfire while being "transported". The emails also indicate he was set loose by Dallas, much to Shade's chagrin.
  • Two versions of the teaser and gameplay trailer exist.
    • The original teaser trailer erroneously has Chains missing his forearms.
    • The original gameplay trailer[1] erroneously played a clip of Pearl running into a vault five separate times.

Bugs[]

  • The stealth phases of this heist's soundtrack does not properly progress, and is stuck on the first stealth phase track.
