Operating on the streets of Osaka, where being a yakuza was a way of life, it was necessary to be both inconspicuous, and pack ferocious firepower. The Micro Uzi delivers that.
The Micro Uzi is a highly concealable submachine gun with a monstrous fire rate. However, this combination of firepower and concealability comes at a price; the Micro Uzi is terribly inaccurate and difficult to control, especially in fully-automatic mode. Furthermore, its range of modifications that can increase its accuracy and stability are fairly limited, it even lacks the option for a sight. However, the Micro Uzi can easily find a niche for either loud or stealthy builds, either as a close-range bullet hose or as a fast-firing silenced weapon.
Compared to the accuracy of its big brother, the Uzi, the Micro Uzi instead trades quality for quantity. It not only has a higher rate of fire, but also has a larger ammo pool. It can easily clear a room full of SWATs with a sweeping burst, though care must be taken to aim for the head when facing Maximum Force Responders.
Even when fully modded for performance, the Micro Uzi is still remarkably concealable. It also possesses three unique suppressors, the Spring Suppressor, the Maki Suppressor, and the Futomaki Suppressor. The Maki and Futomaki suppressors harm the Micro Uzi's concealment, but in return give the weapon a needed Stability boost (though this stability can be gotten elsewhere). The Custom Barrel also gives a small boost to its meager accuracy, giving the weapon some degree of precision. Even with these upgrades, however, the Micro Uzi still performs badly at medium to long range; close range is where this weapon excels.

Acing Fully Loaded both grants the player an extra magazine to use while remedying the weapon's extreme ammo consumption.
The Micro Uzi's remarkable base Concealment allows it to work well with a Sneaky Bastard-Low Blow Basic Dodge build, even when fully modded.
If using the iron-sights of the Micro Uzi prove to be disorientating, consider attaching a gadget to provide a laser.
Despite obviously possessing compensator cuts on the front end, the Custom Barrel strangely does not improve the Micro Uzi's Stability, nor does it impair the weapon's Accuracy like it should.
The Futomaki (太巻, lit. "thick, large or fat rolls") is named after the sushi roll style of the same name. Futomaki rolls are long and big, which fits the Suppressor's description as the biggest and longest of the three unique Barrel Extension mods for the Micro Uzi.

The Marmon Compensator is based on the Kel-Tec KSG V6 muzzle brake. For some reason, it is treated as a general-purpose muzzle brake for non-shotgun "rifle-sized" weapons, despite being designed and made specifically for the KSG-12 which, strangely enough, isn't compatible with this specific item.
The Tactical Pistol Light is based on the Streamlight TLR-1, as indicated by its string ID.
On Update #16, players who played during the Halloween Event and who were part of the Official Payday 2 Group on Steam, will be stuck with another exact copy of this that says "This is a Community Item!".
The Tactical Pistol Light used to be exclusively used by law enforcers on their Chimano 88 pistols and was unavailable to players. After Update #16, the mod was available to players.
If combined with a Laser Grip (STRYK 18c, Gruber Kurz, Chimano Compact, Chimano 88, Chimano Custom), activation will cycle through the laser on the Laser Grip, the laser on the Combined Module, the light, and then off, in that order. This effect has no practical application but the STRYK 18c, Chimano 88, and Chimano Custom get improved stats from both attachments.
It is unclear why the Micro Uzi receives such a dramatic penalty to Stability when this mod is installed, seeing how the weapon never used the stock anyway in its factory state.
Until Update #76, despite the inventory screen showing only a measly 1-point increase to Concealment, this mod actually added 3.
