Description
The Leather Sap is a gentleman's weapon. A simple pad(sic) on the head and your foe goes down. Duke wields the Leather Sap with a certain grace and brutality that that sometimes goes overboard and inflicts more damage than needed. So wield with caution - or not.

The Leather Sap is a melee weapon available in PAYDAY 2.

Overview[]

The Leather Sap is an ultra-compact handtool that, while not very powerful even when charged, deals frightening amounts of knockback power to anything it hits, making it useful when trying to get a breather in close quarters.

Tips[]

  • Players deal more damage per second with this weapon by charging attacks fully, rather than attacking as quickly as possible.
  • If a player wishes for more damage, it is recommended that they get Berserker, Pumping Iron and Bloodthirst Aced from the Brawler skill tree.
  • If a player wishes for more knockdown, use Martial Arts Aced.

Trivia[]

  • Judging by its flared out hilt, the Leather Sap was likely modeled after one of "Junior" (8.25in. long) size.
