While this skill provides one of the highest damage and ammo efficiency boosts in the game, it severely limits the customization available to a player's weapon selection. Players choosing this skill will need to modify their weapons to be heavily concealed while also being effective in terms of damage, accuracy, and stability.
This skill should usually only be taken if the intention is to Ace it completely, as 25 Detection is far easier to manage without sacrificing significant damage, accuracy, and stability to do so. While the chance of dealing double damage is quite beneficial, it does limit the player's weapon selection and customization to maintain 25 Detection or less at all times.

If the player intends to use the Basic version only, they will need to stay at 3 or 4 Detection (5 is not possible) at all times and very few weapons outside of Akimbo Weapons and Pistols can accomplish this. The Aced version increases that maximum Detection Risk to 23 Detection (25 is not possible) and allows for more flexibility in the weapons and modifications you can use, but the point investment is unnecessary if Basic suits the needs on its own. As such, players should decide whether to Ace this skill completely, based on their particular weapons and build that desire to use.
It is only recommended that players seeking a high dodge build from a Two-Piece suit and the Rogue Deck choose to take this skill, as any deviation would result in a suboptimal detection risk for maximizing the skill's benefit. Detection Risk at 35 or higher will negate the benefits of the skill completely and the lowest base detection risk possible gives the player a bit more flexibility in modifying their weapons to stay below 25 Detection.

Hidden Blade is strongly recommended to users of this skill as it provides an additional 2 concealment to any build. The tier 4 perk bonus is also strongly recommended for its additional 1 concealment.

Hidden Blade will almost always be taken by players this high in the Fugitive tree and provides an additional two points of concealment to work with. Anyone with a sufficiently leveled Perk Deck will also be given an additional point of concealment to use.

Bulldozers, especially in combination with high rate of fire weapons, can be killed at an incredibly shocking pace with this skill. Critical hits will guarantee breaking the visor while a critical hit on the Bulldozer's exposed face is virtually guaranteed to finish it off.
Weapons that can provide reasonable concealment and retain solid effectiveness against enemies are recommended such as the CAR-4, Clarion and several shotguns, including the Judge Gun, Raven, Locomotive 12G, and Mosconi 12G. For those with Gunslinger aced, all pistols can be modified for high concealment. Akimbo weapons are recommended as they also benefit from pistol skills as of the present open beta.

Using this skill, Bulldozers can be dealt with easily. Every critical hit against the Bulldozer will deal the same damage as a hit against the Bulldozer's exposed face. As a result, it is not necessary for players with this skill to aim for the Bulldozer's face except to improve ammo efficiency.

Low Blow

Low Blow
Fugitive Tier 5
Basic (4 pt): You gain a 3% critical hit chance for every 3 points of concealment under 35 up to 30%.
Ace (8 pt): You gain 3% critical hit chance for every 1 point of concealment under 35 up to 30%.

Mechanics

This skill provides up to a 30% chance for any shot fired by the player to deal headshot damage. This effect works on all enemies, including Bulldozers. If the player scores a critical hit on a shot that would otherwise be a headshot, the headshot damage multiplier is applied twice. For Bulldozers, a special multiplier of 11.5 is used instead of the standard headshot multiplier. [1] The Basic version requires a maximum of 5 Detection, while the Aced version only requires a maximum of 25.

Bulldozers, especially in combination with high rate of fire weapons, can be killed at an incredibly shocking pace with this skill. Critical hits will guarantee breaking the visor while a critical hit on the Bulldozer's exposed face is virtually guaranteed to finish it off.

Trivia

 • The following weapons are not capable of using the Low Blow's critical chance despite having all the concealment modifications and skills: R93, RPK, KSP and Brenner.
 • The Rattlesnake and Thanatos .50 cal can both use Low Blow, but it requires all concealment mods and skills, giving the player a detection risk around 29, which will provide 6% with basic version, and 18% with aced.
