Description
Groundbreaking design creates a trusty melee weapon. Its serrated top makes sure to cause maximum damage even though it’s rather small in size.

The Rezkoye is a knife in PAYDAY 2, added with the release of the Gage Russian Weapon Pack.

Overview

The Rezkoye is a semi-concealable, lightweight survival machete capable of very quick hacks down a respectable range, allowing the user to rapidly chip away at an enemy until they die.

The near-perfect Concealment of the Rezkoye allows it to be used during stealth if the player isn't feeling too finicky about detection risk, or has other high-Concealment weapons to compensate for it.

Tips

• Players deal more damage per second with this weapon by charging attacks fully, rather than attacking as quickly as possible.
• If a player wishes for more damage, it is recommended that they get Berserker, Pumping Iron and Bloodthirst Aced from the Brawler skill tree.
• If a player wishes for more knockdown, use Martial Arts Aced.

Achievements

Russian Arsenal Complete any heist from start, using only weapons from the Gage Russian Weapon Pack on the OVERKILL difficulty or above. Unlocks the "Red Machine" mask, "Tricolor" material and "Russian Gamble" pattern.

Have Nice Day! Kill 300 enemies using any weapons from the Gage Russian Weapon Pack. Unlocks the "Kokoshnik" mask, "Propaganda Palette" material and "Bear Fight" pattern.

Sneaky Beaky Like Complete any heist in stealth from start, using only weapons from the Gage Russian Weapon Pack. Unlocks the "Matryoshka" mask, "Ceramic Gzhel" material and "Prison Statement" pattern.

Trivia

• The Rezkoye was based on the original Spetsnaz Survival Machete model.
  • Despite what's claimed by the description, the serrated edge of the Spetsnaz machete is not usually used as a weapon, but rather as a handsaw that wouldn't deal much damage at all were it to be used for hacking at an enemy, due to the saw teeth's shape and the blade's weight distribution.
  • The Rezkoye's inventory icon lacks the weight-reducing holes on the blade despite the weapon itself having them during play. The FBI Files icon also has them.
• The term "rezkoye" (резкое) has a multitude of meanings, however judging by the machete's nature, it likely means "sharp" in context.
