The Selfie-stick is a melee weapon in PAYDAY 2, available to owners of The Point Break Heists DLC.
Overview[]
The Selfie-stick is used as a compact and flexible cane capable of quick repeated strikes in the same manner as the Telescopic Baton in a high-concealment Dodge/stealth build.
The only drawbacks to these strengths are the weapon's rather long charge time and low damage per hit.
Tips[]
- Players deal more damage per second with this weapon by attacking as quickly as possible, rather than fully charging attacks.
- If a player wishes for more damage, it is recommended that they get Berserker, Pumping Iron and Bloodthirst Aced from the Brawler skill tree.
- If a player wishes for more knockdown, use Martial Arts Aced.
Trivia[]
- Contrary to the announcement site description, selfie sticks are usually made of lightweight plastics and/or aluminum so as to be cheap and accessible to everybody, thus are not normally sturdy enough to be used as bludgeoning weapons.
