The Goat Simulator Heist DLC was released on January 14, 2016. It is the twenty-eighth paid DLC pack for PAYDAY 2.
This DLC is a promotion for the video game of the same name, done as a collaboration between Overkill Software and Coffee Stain Studios.

Customization options[]
These masks, materials, and patterns are achievement rewards. They can't drop during a PAYDAY and cannot be sold. Instead, they can be returned to your mask stash for free, but any non-achievement or Infamy reward pattern, color, or material as well as the customization fee to put these together will be lost.
The goat doesn't get much respect in the animal kingdom, and often find themselves mocked by other animals - but that works perfectly in their favor. Putting on this foolish mask might give you the same advantage and make the cops underestimate you.

The dolphin is the most sinister and vicious heister in the animal kingdom, tricking everyone with its friendly and cute appearance. But it's all a facade! The dolphin only cares about itself and the loot, and won't hesitate a second to leave anyone behind. Caution is advised if you meet a fellow heister with this mask.

The giraffe doesn't miss a thing, always in control of its surroundings, acting as the perfect "look-out" companion for heisting in the animal kingdom. Whatever it is, you'll see it coming from miles away and the cops can forget to take you by surprise.

- According to the achievements, the Mastermind Goat mask was originally named "Wet Goat".

- The teaser achievements are likely a reference to the activity of counting sheep used to put oneself to sleep. Sheep and goats are closely related to each other.
- Goat in 60 Seconds is a pun on Gone in 60 Seconds, referring to either the 1974 film or the 2000 remake.
- Coffee Stain is a reference to the developers of Goat Simulator, Coffee Stain Studios.
- Hazzard County likely refers to the fictional county in the American TV series The Dukes of Hazzard.
- Farmer Miserable is a reference to the Doctor Miserable, an achievement released with the Gage Weapon Pack #02 DLC. The requirements for unlocking both achievements are very similar.
