I think I will get going with the portable infoboxes, Hassat, because I'm feeling a little bothered that they have been left untouched for a good while after I drafted them. You won't notice many differences, but it'll definitely be simpler when you don't have to "DIV" now and then.
Right, but this format had been suggested before and didn't work, mostly because it doesn't play well with formula, arguments, {{#if:}}s {{#switch:}}es our infoboxes mostly rely on. During my brief stint over at the Wolfenstein wiki *ahem*CrimeFest 2015*ahem* I've tried working on an earlier version of this, and again in January this year over here, but still no dice.
Portable infoboxes work on more simple and "less-technical" wikis because their intended content are mostly plain numbers and text.
Can't speak for the rest, but I'm mostly ignoring it since Wikia's pushing it, and if there's anything I know of Wikia "upgrades" it's that they totally suck and I have to find manually fixes to unfuck Wikia for me.
Navbar at the top? Haven't used it since they changed it. Heck, I just wanted to look up Captain Winters for your characterbox change and boy, is it unneccessarily hard, and I'll definitely just search Captain Winters in the future (after all it now only goes to special (payday 2) anyway so why bother.
Diff changes? Wikia was unusable till they changed them so you could actually see what the hell was going on?
Mobile look? I'm using a custom .css to widescreen the Wikia, because if I didn't, I literally would NOT be here, at all, guaranteed.
I'm just really not looking forward to their next fuckup, and if they do another mobile-thing again that I can't unscrew and totally ruins me over, I'm out. Not for Overkill, not for the game, but for this damned site that keeps getting backwards.
