So, since the latest patch totally changed most of the Perk Decks of the PC version of PAYDAY 2, and a console patch is nowhere to be seen in the near future, I decided to save the original values of each perk so other console players can get the complete information here. This table is for the Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions of the game (PS3/360 don't have the Perk Deck system).
Note that the common perks across different decks are missing: That's because those weren't altered by the patch, and as such remain completely identical to the PC version.
